Before you list: what you are actually selling
You sell the home as goods and assign the site agreement. Buyers cannot settle without both.
Make, model, year and the manufacturer / serial number. These are what the ownership certificate and PPSR search are keyed to.
The operator consents to assigning it to your buyer. Arrears, site fees and any special conditions are settled through the workspace.
Any finance registered on the PPSR against the home must be discharged at settlement. We request payout figures and evidence the discharge.
Selling for a deceased estate, under a power of attorney, as a trustee or as a company officer needs authority evidence. We ask for that next.
No identity documents are requested until after you have found the home.
